All you need is a yoga mat, any other props needed for a routine will be supplied by the instructor. If you own any props you think you might use regularly, you are very welcome to bring them to class. Blankets will be available to borrow from the instructor for Savasana and extra knee protection, but please feel free to bring your own too! As for clothes, just wear what is comfortable for you.
Absolutely! You don't need to touch your toes to be 'good' at yoga. Yoga is in fact the perfect form of exercise for those who feel a bit stiff or maybe don't see themselves as flexible.

To ensure that you are not charged for the class, please try to cancel by midday on the day of a group class. It is recommended that you cancel by text, WhatsApp or voicemail as an email may be missed.
Bank transfers or cash are accepted. Payment details will be provided on the first booking of a class.
Unfortunately not at the moment. Currently I am only able to teach part-time in the evenings due to my commitment studying a degree. I will update the website and social media channels accordingly if this ever changes!
Christmas Break: 13th December 2024-6th January 2025
*Maternity leave: 18th April 2025 - approximately late summer/autumn 2025. Isobel will be 'playing it by ear' but is not planning to take a long maternity leave. She aims to return to teaching once she is cleared for exercise and feeling well. She will be reaching out to existing attendees, updating social media and updating this website when she has a definitive date.
